I’m very excited to have been officially invited to present at the Penn State Mac Admins conference in State College, PA, in July of this year. I will be presenting a Windows-focussed session entitled “Citizens of the World: Macs in Windows Server Environments”.
In this session, I will be deploying a Windows 2012 R2 server and configuring a myriad of Roles and Features to provide services to Macs on a network. Windows Server is a widely-accepted platform – as good citizens of the computing world, it is important for Mac admins to understand and leverage Windows Server technology to the best of our ability.
I haven’t presented at PSU Mac Admins previously, but I attended last year and had a great conference. I’m very much looking forward to presenting, and getting the opportunity to catch up in person with some great friends and colleagues from the Mac community.
If you’re interested in attending, please register soon, as this conference will certainly sell out!
