With this short-scope service, we’ll do a high-level review of your current email setup to confirm whether or not your domain is setup according to best practices. We’ll provide specific recommendations so that you immediately improve your email deliverability and/or security for your business.

DMARC Rollout Service

With this service we will work directly with you or your IT team to implement an email sending source monitoring plan, and implement a path to rolling out DMARC for your domain. This is a multi-week process that ensures all bona fide email sending sources are assessed before implementing DMARC, then we assist in deploying DMARC and transitioning to a “100% reject” status (where all unknown/unauthenticated sending sources are rejected by recipient services).

Implementing DMARC requires knowledge, experience, and high degree of care to ensure that no business processes or communications are affected in the process. Even if you don’t select Ook for your project, please ensure that you work with a professional.
