The last year has been truly amazing! I had the opportunity of merging my consultancy (Monkey Mac Consulting Inc.) with Fully Managed, and working with an amazing team of people in a managed services-driven environment.
I am extremely grateful for the opportunity, the loyalty of my clients as they followed me to Fully Managed, and mostly for my wife’s enduring patience as I continually change my work/business life.
With lots of time to reflect, however, on what issues my clients generally experience, the type of relationship with an IT provider they are interested in, and the type of work and engagement level I am seeking, I decided it was in my best interest to return to my small business consulting roots, and re-launch my own business.
